Love Letters Upstate NY Chapter

Hi my name is Jessica Aponte and I am your Upstate New York Chapter Organizer.  I enjoy singing, dancing, cheerleading & spending quality time with my family and friends. 

I have been volunteering since the age of 12.  In 2005 I completed the Youth Volunteer Program at the Poughkeepsie Childrens Museum.  I am also involved in raising donations and walking for the American Heart Association and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.

I am a Freshman at Beacon High School and currently participate in the Youth Leadership Program.  I believe everyone should volunteer their time to support a good cause.  There is no greater feeling then helping those in need. 

 I came across Kaitlyn Chana's website and knew immediately I wanted to become involved with Love Letters to make a difference.  I believe we can bring joy to children that need a little laughter in their lives.

Here is my Co-Organizer, Jasmin Santana. She helps me with all the events.  She is a 12 year old High Honor roll student in the 6th grade. Her hobbies include reading, dancing, playing her flute and walking her adorable dog Gizmo. I am very proud of all her accomplishments.  I appreciate everything you do for me Jazzy.
